Sharon Yoh
Sharon is a philanthropist and entrepreneur. After raising four daughters and extensively volunteering in her community, she began to focus on managing an investment portfolio and co-founded a real estate investment company in 2012.
In 2017, she turned her attention to her increasingly frustrating health problems and was finally diagnosed with hypermobile EDS after 10 years of seeking a diagnosis. In 2024, she founded a private foundation
to support the work of dedicated researchers and organizations seeking to address gender inequities in healthcare and improve outcomes for women affected by chronic health conditions. In her free time, she enjoys collecting art, hydroponic gardening, reading, music and attending sports events with her husband and family. In addition to her self-declared doctorate in physical therapy, she graduated from Duke University in 1982 with degrees in English and psychology.
